Hello, I'm Rosie! I'm a Creative portrait photographer, Content Creator and (most importantly) the Founder of Take Up Space Studios!

This lil corner of the internet is designed to inspire and connect creative women from around the world through trips, workshops and online spaces.

Travelling with my camera is my favourite thing to do. I find different places, cultures and ways of life SO creatively inspiring and I wouldn't be the same creator or person without it. So its the biggest pleasure in the world to now share that magic with you!

I first visited Lisbon back in May 2023 and I fell in love. I have been to over 20 countries since then and I'm yet to find a city I love more... Its got so mach character and history and beautiful architecture and life... I could go on forever. You're gonna love it. And the other incredible spots we'll be visiting too!

Ciao, I'm Alessia! I'm your favorite Italian tour leader!

Guiding groups has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life, what I love is the opportunity it gives me to connect with beautiful humans around the world ❤️

Most of my work happens in Italy, where I know the trails, the food, and the small local traditions that make each region unique. But I also enjoy changing scenery and challenging myself! This winter I spent a season guiding in Finnish Lapland, leading groups in long Arctic days! I have worked also in Germany, where I spent the most beautiful time around the medieval towns along the Romantic Road!

I love Portugal: the food, the people and the culture! For me it always feels like home coming back in this amazing country!!

Female-only trips are my favorite!! Women tend to travel with openness, curiosity, and a natural sense of support toward each other, with a feeling of sisterhood always in the air.

My goal is to make everyone feel safe, welcome, and free to enjoy the experience fully.

I'm a certified tour leader, and I also hold a first aid certification, so you can rely on me throughout the trip, knowing that you are in safe hands!!

I love hiking, exploring nature, and discovering local food, and I'm always available for questions: whether it's about the itinerary, a dish you want to try, or something practical you need to feel comfortable.
